This site (cuidadopsicoespiritual.com) is operated by Raquel Herrera, a clinical psychologist practicing in Cali, Colombia. By using it you accept these terms.

1. Nature of the service

The services offered are professional clinical psychology consultations with an integrative approach that recognizes the spiritual dimension of the person, provided under Law 1090 of 2006 and the Colombian psychologists' code of ethics.

Sessions can be held in person at the office located at Carrera 34 # 4D-29, segundo piso, Cali, Valle del Cauca, or online via encrypted video call.

2. What this service is not

• Not an emergency service. If you or someone close are in danger, call 123 (Colombia) or Línea 106 (emotional support, Cali).
• Not medical or psychiatric advice. When a case requires medical evaluation, medication, or psychiatric care, a referral will be suggested.
• Not intended for children or adolescents.

3. Booking and payments

• Appointments are booked online or by direct contact.
• Fees per modality are stated on the services page and may be updated periodically.
• Payment is made before or at the start of each session, as agreed.

4. Cancellation policy

• Cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours' notice carry no fee.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be charged in full, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
• If a session is interrupted by service-side technical failure, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

5. Informed consent

Before starting therapy, an informed consent form is signed describing the modality, scope, limits, confidentiality, and data handling. Signing this document is required to begin the process.

6. Confidentiality

Everything discussed in session is protected by professional secrecy. Legal exceptions are described in the Privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

Site content (text, images, downloadable materials, brand, and design) is owned by Raquel Herrera or used under license. Reproduction in whole or in part is not permitted without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Use of the site

You agree to use this site in good faith. You may not attempt to compromise its security, submit unlawful content, or impersonate others in the forms.

9. Third-party links

The site may contain links to external services (such as the scheduling platform). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

Therapeutic support is provided to the highest professional standards, but outcomes depend on multiple factors and cannot be guaranteed. Raquel Herrera is not liable for damages arising from voluntary discontinuation of the process, misuse of site information, or technical failures outside her control.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Cali (Valle del Cauca), except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
